GRAND JURY
Guernsey County Prosecuting Attorney, Daniel G. Padden, today announced that on November 16, 2012eight (8) Indictments were returned by the Grand Jury and of those three (3) are secret. All are summoned to appear in the Guernsey County Common Pleas Court for an arraignment on December 3, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.
